2023 Vendor application terms and conditions
By Clicking I agree to the terms and conditions on the vendor application, you are agreeing to the understanding of the following:
You are applying to have a booth at the 2023 Klamath County Fair, August 3rd-6th 2023. This means you intend on attending the Klamath County Fair as a vendor unless you notify us otherwise or we notify you.
Previous Vendors in good standing** have return exclusivity until January 1st. This doesn’t mean you will get the same space. We will do our best to honor those who would like the exact same space but due to the constant changes of the fair, it is not guaranteed.
** Good Standing is determined by the Fair Coordinator and Fair Board
Please note: The Fair is not responsible for the safety of exhibits against theft, fire, robbery, accident, or any other cause, or for any injury that may arise to the employees or public in the leased area, or to the exhibitors or their employees while on the Fairgrounds.
We do not guarantee the exclusivity of your product. We use our best judgement on duplication depending on the product.
Contracts will not go out until after the deadline of May 1st. If you do not hear back from us, consider your application accepted. We will not contact you unless we have questions or issues.
All applications are due no later than May 1st 2023. Waitlist applications will be opened at that time.
